Q&A (Biz App)

(1) How to create a business account?

A. Create an account on website

   Go to https://freshby.com.au. Click Sign up and fill in all the required fields, then click start selling.

Your business information will be send to Freshby to be verified.

We will contact you within 3 business days. Please provide documents such as utility bills and bank statements to show that you are the owner of business and have the right to publish information.

B. Create an account in App

Download ‘Freshby Biz’ from Google play store or Apple store.

Open the app, tap ‘sign up’ and fill in all the required fields, then submit.

Your business information will be send to Freshby to be verified.

We will contact you within 3 business days. Please provide documents such as utility bills and bank statements to show that you are the owner of business and have the right to publish information.

(2) How to Log in?

A. Log in on website.

After your business information is verified, you will receive an email from Freshby with your user ID and password, please change your password after first log in.

Go to https://freshby.com.au click login on homepage, fill in your user ID and password. Please change your password after login.

B. Log in with App

After your business information is verified, you will receive an email from Freshby with your user ID and password, please change your password after first log in.

Open Freshby Biz, fill in your user ID and password. Please change your password after login.

(3) How to add products on Freshby 

A. Log in via website

   Log in to the store management dashboard, click ‘Manage Product’, then click ‘ manage active product’, you will find ‘Add Product’ in up right. Click to add products.

B. Log in via APP

   Find ‘manage products’ in menu, click ‘+’ to add products.

(4) How to export list of transactions

A. Log in via website

Log in to the management dashboard, click ‘order management’ on left side, then click ‘Export CSV’ in up right to export a list of transactions.

B. Log in via APP

Log in and find ‘manage orders’, click the download icon in up right to export CSV data.

(5) How to cancel an order

A. Log in via website

Find ‘manage order’ in dashboard, choose the order you want to cancel, click view for detailed information. Click ‘ request for cancellation’ in order page, choose a reason code and write a message to client.

After clicking ‘submit’, the cancellation request will be send to the client immediately. If the client approve the request, he can initiate the cancellation from user end. Then stores can confirm the cancellation in management dashboard and complete the order cancellation.

Note: stores can request the customers to initiate a cancellation from customer’s end via ‘ request for cancellation’. Rather than raise the cancellation direcly. This is for protection of clients’ right since they have paid deposits in advance. 

(6) Customer service

   You can send a message to our customer service representative by clicking the “ Need help?’ button in order page or write an email to freshby customer team directly. Please specify the Freshby code which can be found in voucher page to help us better solve the request.
